This site has no analytics and no ad trackers. The fonts and images come from this site itself. The one exception is the waitlist form on the home page: to make it work, your browser loads code from Brevo, which runs the waitlist, and from Cloudflare, which checks that you are a person and not a bot. The only personal data we ask for is your email address, and only if you join the waitlist.

The waitlist
When you join, we keep your email address and the lines you picked. The Young World Federalists, Inc. decide how they are used. They are stored in the Global Democracy Initiative's account at Brevo (Brevo SAS, France), the service that sends our emails. Brevo handles them on our instructions. It may also use some of this data on its own side to keep its platform secure; Brevo's privacy policy explains that part.
We send one email to confirm your address. After that we write to you about Gloki and the Global Democracy Initiative, for example when the beta opens, and for nothing else. The waitlist is separate from the Young World Federalists newsletter: joining it does not sign you up for that. We never sell your data or pass it on for anyone else's use.
Brevo tells us whether our emails were opened and which links were clicked.
We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to us. We keep your address until you leave the waitlist or ask us to delete it.
The spam check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) to tell people from bots. It looks at technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, to do that. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). Like any web server, GitHub records technical data such as your IP address when you load a page, to run and protect the service. See GitHub's privacy statement. Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) runs the domain name, and forwards email you send to our address.
GitHub and Cloudflare are in the United States, as are the Young World Federalists. Brevo is in France.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, limit how we use it, object to its use, or get a copy. Write to the address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one where you live.
